Pitcher Plumbing - 801-392-3192 - These guys have been plumbing for me for over 6 years.  They are honest and do great work.

Jerry's Plumbing - 801-621-8660 - Need a shower kit for an old claw foot tub?  Need old style fittings?  These guys are the old plumbing specialists.  Great for new retro style plumbing for your old retro style house.

Charleston Hardware - These guys are online and great for old style door plates, knobs, and other hardware needs.  Our toilet paper dispenser comes from their shop.

Farrey's - This is a lighting supplier that we have used in the past to acquire craftsman style lights.  They are affordable and their inventory changes from time to time.  Check them out and see if they have something you like.

Brent Weston - 801-721-5150 - Brent knows what he is doing and has done work on some of the great Historic homes in Ogden.

A1 Keys - 801-394-2910 - These guys have been rekeying my rentals for 6 years.  They do great work and they are fast.

De's Keys - 801-621-5625 - These are the old mortis and tenon lockset specialists.  If you need a skeleton key, they can make one to custom fit your 100 year old lockset.

DC and Company - 801-628-7566 - Doug is fast and affordable.  He has replaced three of my furnaces.  Give him a call.

Hardwood Refinishing - 801-452-1610 - Pete does a great job with the old style hardwood floors.  He has done a number of jobs and make 100 year old floors look like they are brand new.

K and K Glass - 801-627-6199 - Kent has replaced many windows for me.  He has a great Ma and Pa shop on Lincoln Ave.  Down to earth and honest work.

Dakota Mills - 801-393-2700 - Why go with chintzy Home Depot Cabinets when you can get custom built ones installed for just a little more.  They have done three kitchens for me and they have all turned out excellent.

Hardwire Electric - 801-940-6878 - Dee will treat you right.  They are very affordable.  They have done tons of work for my clients and me over the years. 

~ ~ ~ Flooring ~ ~ ~

R&R Carpet - These are a superior quality flooring supplier.  These guys have stuff to use on homes you are trying to rehab or something you want to put in your own home.

Wall 2 Wall Carpet - These guys will have carpet for a variety of occasions.  They have put carpet in rentals and flips for me before.

WIN Home Inspections - Mark Ward - 801-444-9464 - Mark has been doing inspections for my clients and me for 5 years.  He does a great job and has past contracting experience.
