These videos were excellent. I am one of the least "handy" people I know so I really admire the work you have done.

Jeremy - notice in the later videos that I am not present in them. :) That first home taught me everything I needed to know about old houses...that is: Get a Contractor. They are much faster and provide the same quality (or much better) than I could do myself. All you need to provide to do the same thing you see here is some vision, a plan, and cash.
